We try our hardest to make sure you receive your order complete and in 100% pristine condition. If your order is incomplete or faulty, please contact us immediately by email. We will do our very best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All complaints should be logged within 48 hours of you receiving the goods.
In the rare occasion where you wish to return goods, please ensure all returned goods are in pristine condition, unopened and unused. We cannot accept goods for return which have been opened, used or are not in the original condition, unless they are faulty.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and you need to ensure they are securely packaged and sent by a reliable medium. The shipping costs of the returned goods must also be paid by you (unless you are returning the incorrectly sent item - in this case we will cover the delivery cost). If the goods returned by you are damaged in transit, it will be your responsibility and you will have to take this matter up with your shipping/courier company.
Upon returning faulty goods you will receive the choice of a replacement, credit note or a refund less shipping costs. You must return all goods as they were received, unopened and unused.
